ദിവസം കുറഞ്ഞത് 3 മുതൽ 4 ലിറ്റർ വരെ വെള്ളം കുടിക്കുന്നത് ശരീരത്തെ തണുപ്പായി നിലനിർത്തും.


2. ലഘുവായ ആരോഗ്യകരമായ ഭക്ഷണം
